THE BLOODLINE
Client: Vitalant
Industry: Medical
Project Type: Awareness Campaign
My Role: Copywriter & Concept Development
Results: 250M impressions, 230% projected blood donations
The Challenge
One of the largest cities in the country was 1.5 days away from running out of donated blood. This can lead to delays in life-saving surgeries, cancer treatments and emergency response.
The Insight
It’s not that Chicagoans don’t want to help, it’s that they feel they don’t have time.
The Idea
We’ll takeover one of the busiest train lines in Chicago, the Red Line, and transform it into the ‘Bloodline,’ strategically placing blood donation trucks outside of train stops for seamless donations and eye-catching, ‘L’ inspired creative — informing Chicagoans of the problem at hand.
The Team:
Josh Mizrachi (Creative Director), Jimmy Dietzan (Creative Director), Maddy Stoiber (Copywriter), Emmanuel Porquin (AD)
